Payment and shipping conditions:

We offer the following payment methods - please select the one that suits you best:

1. credit card

When paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), the invoice amount will be charged to your credit card account after invoicing. The authorisation of the order value takes place directly online during order entry. As soon as the goods are ready for dispatch, the authorisation will be honoured by us and the goods dispatched, irrespective of the delivery time.

The goods will be shipped free of charge with our logistics partner.

 

2. PayPal

This payment option is directly integrated into the order process and can be selected within the payment information. You need a login for PayPal, which you can also set up for the first time during your booking. The order will be packed and shipped (if in stock) after the successful payment via PayPal.

    AmazonPay

This payment option is directly integrated into the order process and can be selected as part of the payment information. You need a login for Amazon, which you can also set up for the first time during your booking. The order will be packed and shipped (if in stock) following successful payment via AmazonPay.

The goods will be shipped free of charge with our logistics partner.

 

Shipping information:

After receiving your order, we will hand over your bike to one of our reliable logistics partners. For orders within Germany and Austria, we will ship your order with DHL. For orders to other countries we will work with a forwarding partner.

Delivery times

Items that are in stock will be shipped within the time frame stated below.

Average delivery times:

Germany / Austria:   

2 - 5 working days

European Union:   

7 - 10 working days

United Kingdom: 

4 - 6 working days

 
Shipping costs

We ship all items free of shipping costs. There are no additional costs for shipping.
